Mission
Gel-propellant engines offer a non-toxic replacement for legacy space fuels in upper stages, tugs, and landers.
NewRocket is developing advanced, environmentally friendly ("Green Propulsion") rocket engines based on hypergolic, bi-propellant gel technology. Its gel-propellant engines combine the best of both solid and liquid rockets: they are safe and simple to use while offering high performance and controllability. Main market applications include in-space propulsion, where the engines may serve as a clean replacement for highly toxic legacy space fuels, including green, storable-propellant systems for space launchers' upper stages, space tugs, moon-landers, and small satellite propulsion systems.
