Mission

A joint venture of three firms offering consulting and products for satellite communications.

AstroComm Technologies is a small satellite communications shop, formed in 2014 as a joint venture of veteran satcom firms and restructured under its current name in 2022. The concrete product it shows is a Ka-band solid state power amplifier, alongside RF components and satcom software engineering, under a chief executive, Shabbir Parvez, with over three decades in the satellite industry.

The wager is modest by design: decades of RF experience packed into niche components can win business from satellite and remote-data-collection customers without venture money or venture ambitions.

Almost nothing about the company can be checked. It has announced investment from two venture firms, on its own website; no press has covered it, no customer is named, no shipped product is verifiable, and the only third-party traces are database profiles. The site is live and the company exists. Beyond that, the public record is silent.
